All account information submitted to us is safely
isolated from unauthorized Internet access.
Most items will be
shipped by the next business day. If any
item(s) are out of stock, or are back ordered, we
will let you know when it will be available to be
shipped out. Shipping is by UPS ground, UPS
Second day, UPS three day select, or UPS next day
and some orders ship FedEx.
The shipping charges
will be based upon your shipping preferences, and
will be clearly listed before your order is
processed.
Please allow 7-14 days for UPS ground shipping.
We do not charge handling or box charges.
You may return an item, in its original
condition, for a refund or credit within 15 days of
receiving. Shipping charges can only be
refunded if the return is due to our error.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
After a return has been received, it will take 1-2
weeks to process. If using a credit card,
refunds will be credited to your account. If
paying by check or money order, a refund check will
be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or
insured Parcel Post for your protection.

your order. All returns must be shipped
prepaid.
Pre-paid freight and any insurance charges or
other costs are non-refundable. There
will be a 20% restocking fee on all special order
items. Some special order items may not be
returned. Please call us before returning
special order items. The restocking charge
will be deducted from your refund if any refund
should apply.
